Our mission
- FCE wants to ensure that the fleet cards industry continues to provide services benefiting the B2B road transport community and wider European economy.
- FCE and its members are committed to facilitating the discussion with European policymakers about the business model of fleet cards, focusing also on the functional mechanisms of the cards used for the identification of the user.
- FCE strongly supports the harmonisation of the supervisory practices by NCA’s in relation to the LNE and the maintenance of the scope and exemption of fleet cards under Article 3K PSD2.

Fleet Cards Europe (FCE) is committed to raise awareness about the characteristics of fleet cards to ensure that the European economy can keep benefiting from the services provided by fleet card issuers.
What we do in the Payment working group
We focus on the following:
Sharing
Sharing knowledge and experience to assess the impact of European payments legislation and its implementation on the fleet cards industry and wider ecosystem.
Monitoring
Monitoring relevant changes to payments legislation at EU-level.
Engaging
Engaging with policymakers to raise awareness about fleet cards and fleet card issuers.
